Sweden decommissioned her in 1970 and after a few years returned to the UK. Captain's Ship's Book of HMS STICKLEBACK (X51), a midget submarine of the Shrimp Class which was launched in October 1954 and then sold to Sweden in July 1958; the book contains details of the submarine's dimensions as well as particulars of her battery and machinery, and includes reports of inspections and trials, and safety certificates, 1954 - 1964.
